Beginning again

Starting in the next two weeks or so, I am going back on the Autoimmune Paleo diet.   Here are some stats so I can look back and see where I began. 
Symptoms most significant:
-Fatigue
-No energy to do what I want to do
-Stiff muscles (neck, back, hips, etc)
-Gas and bloating
-Poor digestion
-Hair falling out like crazy for the past 2 months
-Itching and oozing behind ears (eczema or psoriasis that I HAVE to manage with cortisone cream every few days)
-Aching in throat and neck/thyroid enlargement (goiter)
-Weight that won't go away
-Blood sugar drops and cravings
-Toenail fungus

Last thyroid panel -
TPO antibodies: 1536
TSH: 2.15
Free T3:3.6
Free T4:18.6

Current confirmed diagnoses:
SIBO
LIBO
H Pylori in small intestine
Candida overgrowth
Blastocystis hominis parasite in large intestine
Hashimotos
Chronic fatigue syndrome (mild)
Chronic myofascial pain syndrome
Psoriasis behind ears
Toenail fungus
Depression and anxiety

The plan:
Autoimmune Paleo diet
Lower sulfur and FODMAP foods
30 day intensive cleansing and yeast/bacterial/parasite regimen
Start gentle exercise
Journal
Go to sleep earlier and emphasize rest
After that:
Follow Isabella Wentz's Hashimotos Protocol
Liver cleansing and support
Adrenal support
Continue AIP for 3 months. Reintroduce certain foods beginning at 3 months, but properly this time.  Probably won't introduce eggs and nuts for at least one or two years.
Not sure what else at this point.  Will be consulting my naturopath for further treatment.
Follow up with a full thyroid panel in 6 months (end of January)
