First days
So, I officially started the protocol on August 28th. Today is Day 3. It honestly has been fine, diet wise, so far. Yesterday I got pain in my thyroid area again, right side. Today not so much. But a few weird symptoms like stabbing pain in my chest when I breathe in (used to get that sometimes but not for years), and sensations like wet/cold/nerve ending sensations in my right arm. Used to get those a lot too. It feels just like cold water is on my skin, but it's dry. But it's like nerve sensation too.
I've also had the darndest time getting my menus figured out, and I'm literally winging it from meal to meal. (eyes rolling) I wish I could just figure out menu plans for at least the next week.
Still very tired. Every afternoon I want a nap so bad.
Not exercising yet. Too busy. Will I ever learn to take or make time to exercise consistently? I know it would help my energy too.
Another note: I cannot have cauliflower right now. Confirmed it gives me a lot of gas! Oh, and first day I had Izabella Wentz's gut healing smoothie, and it made me SO nauseous and gross feeling. I think it was the coconut milk, or a combination of the veggies and coconut milk. So, not doing that again, at least for a long time.

Salad with smoked salmon with balsamic dressing and avocado

Baked sweet potato
Salad with peaches and blackberries
Snack:
1/2 avocado
